HP Latex R Series printer sales have hit a milestone for the company with over 100 sales across Australia and New Zealand.
The company says hitting this milestone confirms its status as the leader in hybrid large format production. It says that its Latex R Series printers set the standard for the industry, with the International Data Corporation labelling HP as the number one leader in the market for Hybrid Flatbed printers.
HP calls its Latex R Series printers the only true hybrid solution that are equally strong in both rigid and flexible. It says the Latex printing technology delivers breakthrough innovation for the glossiest whites and most vibrant colours.
15 year Latex anniversary
Exceeding a century of Latex R Series printer sales in New Zealand coincides with the 15th anniversary of HP’s Latex printing technology. HP says this transformed the large format industry by opening up a world of opportunity that empowered creativity. It adds that the technology continues to transcend and meet the growing needs of HP’s customers.

HP adds that its Latex technology continues to lead the change in sustainable signage printing. The newest Latex technology carries a broad set of credentials addressing the full spectrum of environmental concerns. These range from ink chemistry and indoor air quality, for both print production and display, to lifecycle considerations.
