Web specialist supplier manroland web systems believes it has a winner it its redesigned e-commerce solution.
The company redesigned and relaunched it web store in July and reports that it has well over a thousand customers who have internet access to spare and wear parts as well as authorised consumables.
Alexander Wachter, vice president sales and service support at manroland web systems, says, “The new online shop was put to the test right from the start. The customers accepted the redesigned platform with its new functions much faster than expected and, from day one all order requests have been fulfilled to everybody’s satisfaction.”
Re-launching the web store has enabled the Augsburg-based company to push its flexible and convenient parts supply business. Wachter says, “Our partnership with the external, Hamburg-based service provider e-matters has brought out the best – true peak performance – in all of us.
“This peak performance let to an online shop that is full of professional expertise and focuses on providing added value for the customer. Combining e-matter’s ecommerce suite software and manroland web system’s machine and product expertise did set new standards.”
The comp[any says it has based the success of the web store on quality products, performance, and availability. It also sees comfortable purchasing as an important aspect and it offers a range of parts available at short notice from various warehouses at online pricing.
