At 11am, Tony Alexander, chief economist at the BNZ, will Tony will discuss developments in the local and global economies and provide an outlook on business conditions, including risks and opportunities for business owners.

Over lunch, clinical psychologist and television presenter Nigel Latta will discuss how to deal with difficult people and how you can successfully get your staff on board when trying to implement changes in the workplace.
