ZetaPrints uses templates to help make the order-taking process for commercial printers easier, faster, and “ a lot less stressful”, says the new company.
ZetaPrints’ Web-to-Print system uses vector-graphic files as templates that are uploaded to the system. Once the templates are established with branding – such as a logo, address, and other details – they can be used repeatedly and accessed through a Web browser from any computer by the corporate client and the printer.
The user access is limited to their templates and orders only, a process that keeps personal information confidential, ZetaPrints says.
“Technically, the template process becomes a means to encourage brand consistency, and this brand control can free designers to tackle more demanding projects,” the company says.
“The system is cost-effective for the printer, as we charge one fixed fee per order, and all services are online 24/7, without a need to involve ZetaPrints staff.”
The company has just launched its new website.
