The print industry gatekeeper sees Kershaw’s role helping everyone to get the most out of their membership. Ruth Cobb, general manager PrintNZ
Kershaw comes from OfficeMax, armed with a broad range of marketing skills that PrintNZ will use to raise its profile and the profile of the print industry. Cobb, says, “Emma will focus on expanding the Two Sides and Value of Paper and Print campaigns into the New Zealand market and developing plans to ensure these are embraced and utilised by our industry and that the good messages about print that they contain reach as wide an audience as possible.
PrintNZ identified the need for Kershaw’s role last year. Cobb says, “PrintNZ undertook a strategic review at the end of 2015 and an important part of the medium term strategy going forward is to broaden the membership base just as many of our members have broadened their offerings to the market.
“PrintNZ has an excellent array of services to offer members and we need to ensure that the broader market knows what these are and can use these to the benefit of their business.
