CEO Andrew Bull says it is a new role that also reflects the seriousness of the company's commitment to environmental issues.

"Today's customers increasingly want complex in-depth information about, for example, the exact accreditations achieved by a particular product or mill. Broad assurances, though accurate, are no longer sufficiently informative," he says.

Lisa will coordinate all aspects of BJBall's programme nationally from assembling comprehensive up-to-date environmental information, to building the environmental knowledge of colleagues and clients and liaising with relevant government and industry bodies.

She has been employed by BJBall Papers for five years, most recently as Marketing Executive.
