Building on the success of the DW2050 in the entry level A1 series, and Wide Format 510 series in the mid-volume market the DW3030 gives Fuji Xerox New Zealand an easy to use, high definition, small footprint and affordable digital offering for the wide format market.
Aimed at the AEC (Architectural, Engineering and Construction) market as well as Manufacturing, Government and Municipal offices, Utilities and Print for Pay the DW3030 balances high quality output and productivity with a low cost solution in a single footprint device.
Graeme Francis, Office Products Manager for Fuji Xerox New Zealand says market place demand is moving towards a point of need device with more than just single function capabilities.
"The DW3030 together with DocuWorks v6.0, Wide Format Scan Services or Wide Format Network TWAIN Source and BT PlotAssist, offers not only print, copy and scan functionality but advanced document management capabilities as well.
At 600x600dpi and scanning at 76.2mm per second DW3030 offers the highest productivity available from a device this size and at 3 x A0 prints per minute. The DW3030 series is available as a 2 roll unit with a manual sheet by-pass as standard.
A liquid crystal touch screen panel was adopted for the control panel giving the DW3030 the look and feel of an office device and making it an easy walk up and use device.
The DW3030 has been designed in keeping with Fuji Xerox environmental guidelines, which meet the requirements of the International Energy Star Program. Low energy consumption, low emissions and low noise output are hallmarks of this model.
Output formats include HP-GL/HP-GL2/HP-RTL, Tiff 6, CALS (Type 1) VRF, VCGL and FX-MMR with PostScript and CGM.
