German self-adhesive film manufacturer Aslan has released a mirror effect, anti-scratch polyester film Aslan SE 75.
Applied on smooth, homogeneous substrates, the polished surface of the film reflects mirror images. Aslan says the new film’s advantages include its light weight, shatter-proof and flexibility for application. The company says a plotter can help cut the film into individual shapes.
It also offers high scratch-resistance, according to Aslan, which means application to large areas negates the need to over-laminate it.
Aslan sees the film as suitable for the decoration of smooth surfaces, large areas and plotted letterings or designs that reflect mirror images in the long term.
