Wide-format digital printer manufacturer Mutoh heads to Fespa next month with new machines to showcase.

Alongside its portfolio of wide format printer and roll cutter equipment, the company will highlight the new ValueJet 626UF A2 size six-colour direct-to-object LED UV printer for specialty/industrial applications; the ValueJet 1604WX 162cm wide budget dye sublimation printer; and the ValueJet 1948WX, a four heads 191cm wide industrial high speed sublimation printer.

Mutoh will also première a new flex LED UV ink set – C,M,Y,K, White & Varnish, specifically developed for its ValueJet hybrid (roll & rigid) LED UV printer models. The new contain zero VOCs and need no air filtering equipment with no ozone generated into the environment. Sign applications for the new inks include high quality backlit applications, prints on clear and non-white substrates and car wrapping.

Also on display, the ValueJet 1938TX, a 1910mm wide direct textile printer with dual staggered heads printing at 40sqm/hr and the ValueJet X series printers. The X series sign and display printers integrate Mutoh’s DropMaster technology which automatically adjusts the jet timing in function of the thickness of the loaded substrate. Mutoh says its CMYK UMS inks cover 83 per cent of the Pantone colour chart.

Mutoh will also show applications made with Mutoh printers and multiple application possibilities on Mutoh equipment for sign and display, digital transfer, direct textile, and specialty/industrial applications.
