Look! is a supercalendered paper with a brilliant white, smooth surface. National Sales Manager Craig Brown expects it to “virtually create a category of its own in terms of printability, quality and price”.
“The extra calendering delivers dramatically superior print results for an uncoated paper, and the exceptional whiteness and smoothness of its print surface provide high ink lift for vibrant multi-colour reproduction,” he said.
“Look! has been successful in Australia and, with extremely competitive pricing for a Text and Cover grade, should do very well here too.”
Look! is produced by UPM, one of the world’s leading forest products groups renowned for its emphasis on environmental protection and sustainable development. It has again been selected as the number one forest and paper company on the Dow Jones Sustainability Index for 2006.
UPM-Kymmene’s Nordland Papier Mill in Germany, which produces Look!, is certified under ISO14001 environmental management systems and registered under the EU EMAS (Reg. No.D – 162 – 00007). It has both FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) and PEFC (Pan-European Forest Certification) chain of custody certificates, attesting to environmental credibility from forest to customer.
Look! is manufactured using pulp sourced from sustainable, well-managed forests. It is ECF (elemental chlorine free), acid free and meets international standards for archival permanence (ISO 9706).
Look! is laser and inkjet compatible and suitable for most print embellishment techniques.
