Beban comes to the role after nine months as Konica Minolta's national manager, srategic acounts and Southern Region manager, where he was responsible for the branch operations of Konica Minolta in Wellington and the South Island.
Evan Johnson, Onesource CEO, says Beban's appointment follows consistent profitable growth for Konica Minolta, with a 16 percent lift in profits forecast for the current year.

Johnson says the new appointment reflects a strategic move to give Onesource Group subsidiaries more operating autonomy, with high calibre general management injecting new leadership energy to maintain and increase profitable growth.
Warwick Beban joined Konica Minolta from Telecom New Zealand, where he spent five years in the position of head of corporate and business, Telecom Mobile. In this role he was responsible for the sales, marketing and product development activity for Telecom Mobile's business customer segments.
Before this, he worked for U-Bix Document Solutions, New Zealand's leading office automation company (which became Konica Minolta in 2005), and its sister company U-Bix Telecommunications Solutions, a leading national supplier of PABX, messaging systems and software applications.
During his 10 years with the company, Beban held a number of sales, branch management and regional management positions.
He graduated from Massey University in 1991 with a Master of Science degree with First Class Honours.
Beban, who is married with three children, will relocate from Wellington to the company's head office in Auckland within the next few
weeks.
