Ipex has continued its quest for more high-profile partners, reporting some success by bringing HP users group Dscoop on board for Ipex 2017.
Founded in 2005, Dscoop, an independent multi-disciplinary community of HP graphic arts business owners and technical professionals, holds regular succeessful events regionally. Its members come from visual communications companies who use HP Indigo, Scitex, Latex and PageWide Web Press equipment and technology. Dscoop says it focuses on collaboration, innovation, business growth and education for its members, and this event within an event will benefit all users regardless of which HP equipment they use.
Rob Fisher, event director, Ipex, says “We are excited that Dscoop is on-board with us for 2017. Their broad spectrum approach is complementary to the vision we have for IPEX; showing print in action; fostering links between creative and print industries, and providing visitors with the opportunity to learn new skills.”
Dscoop says it will have its own meeting and seminar space where members can meet, attend educational workshops, network and explore business opportunities. Dscoop adds that it will host a series of seminars targeted towards production as well as sales and marketing excellence as part of the Ipex educational programme.
