The 800dpi colour scanner has a LAN interface which can scan across a network to computers, word processors, printers and other electronic office equipment – creating an effective communication system between offices, Aarque says
iJET allows the user to quickly send very large data files and batch scanned originals to any PC. The PUMA G600 comes with an internal data storage area, allowing fast scan and copy operations and is configurable for both stand-alone and network scanning.
The Puma features advanced 48-bit CCD technology with four times the resolution of most other scanners, a 42-inch image area along with the LAN interface and High Speed USB2 connectivity.
It produces prints of up to 3ips colour and 12ips monochrome.
PUMA G600 iJET is available in two configurations, the Base version and an upgradeable SmartCardTM Plus version. Both support Microsoft’s Windows Vista and XP platforms.
Contex says its iJET technology takes scan-to-file and scan-to-print functionality to a new level.
