Police have identified the body of a man found at Oji Fibre Solutions cardboard processing plant on Tuesday morning. He was Daniel Binder, aged 40 years,  from the Te Awamutu area.  Police believe he was sleeping rough in the days leading up to his death and was was transported in a rubbish truck to the recycling plant, where his body was found. A post-mortem delivered no conclusive cause of death. Police expect more results in the coming weeks. Police say it was not a workplace accident. The plant was closed after the discovery. Oji employs around 1850 people throughout New Zealand and has manufacturing plants in Auckland, Hamilton, Levin and Christchurch. Previously Carter Holt Harvey Pulp, Paper and Packaging, it changed its name to Oji Fibre Solutions late last year. Police have asked anyone with information to call 07 858 6200.
