Kinetic Digital
Blue Star New Zealand has bought Wellington direct marketing printer Kinetic Digital. The deal includes all Kinetic’s staff, directors Max McCready and Lisa Thompson, and several HP Indigo digital printers and HP Latex wide format machines. Kinetic will operate as an independent division of Blue Star at its Vivian Street facility when the acquisition is completed on March 30. Blue Star general manager Peter Ward says, “We have admired Kinetic’s specialty skills for many years, it’ll be great to have them as part of the group. “We would like to assure all clients that our intention is to support Kinetic, to help the business develop and grow.”
