Win-win solutions

HP has promoted Rickard Ådén to a new role as its business manager for labels for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). He became business manager – Asia Pacific and Japan in mid-2021. He says, “I had the pleasure to work closely with Jeremy as he was managing the HP Indigo Labels & Packaging categories in Asia Pacific & Japan.

“This is a key role for all the business managers to rely on with responsibility of bringing all types of pricing, business models, NPI’s, partnership proposals and promotions to the countries in both direct and indirect markets.

“Jeremy took this responsibility to the next level and delivered far beyond this category role taking full ownership in the day-to-day negotiations and business operations. Following up on ongoing deals making sure all our country managers, sales reps and channel partners had the support needed to succeed, while designing win-win solutions for all parties.

“Jeremy has an incredibly high level of energy and drive which allow him to deliver over and beyond expectations. His also has an entrepreneur mindset and strong ability to thinking outside the box with a never giving up spirit that definitely helped us overachieve our quotas again and again. He is a true team player without prestige always letting others shine when many times he was behind the success just as much.

“On a personal note, I really enjoy working closely with Jeremy. He has an amazing personality always staying positive even in tough and stressful times where many others including myself can struggle. I can truly recommend Jeremy and I know he will be successful.”
