Aristo Cutting Solutions has appointed sign and graphics supplier Computaleta as a channel partner.
Aaron Kemp, hardware manager at Computaleta, says Aristo gives Computaleta a solution across the digital cutting spectrum. He says, “This includes industrial high volume users. Aristo Cutting Solutions is a leading manufacturer of large-format digital flatbed cutters.
“Aristo’s German made and engineered cutting tables gives us a machine that can solve even the most demanding cutting tasks. In addition, they deliver precision and reliability, especially for customers who have significant volumes to produce.”
“Aristo is known for its precision in demanding applications. Its Aristomat machines offer a cutting width of up to 5200mm. You can completely customise them with numerous application-specific tool heads. Applications include die-cutting, kiss-cutting, creasing, scoring, punching, milling or labelling. They handle a variety of materials including ACM, acrylic, cardboard boxes, foils, foams, laminates, technical fabrics, cardboards, wood, hardboard and non-ferrous metals.”
Numerous applications
He continues, “The Aristomats are as diverse as the graphics industry. They can process all conceivable materials. Also, they offer a variety of tool heads to choose from, to cut cleanly and quickly.
“Swapping applications from routing ridged materials to cutting fabrics, banners or stickers is effortless. Also, the machine selects the right tool head for all the various ways to cut a product. Aristo is also the only cutting table that can cut ACM with a blade.
“The software CutRecall saves all required values. In addition, it allows a change of operator without losing any knowledge of how to cut.
“Whether sheeting or on a roll, an automatic material feed always ensures that the cut is continued precisely. Further, an automatic eye camera system checks the material distortion of the print and corrects the cut exactly to the designer contour.”
Options include conveyor belts, material deed, winding and unwinding systems.
