Epson has released its latest label solution, the SurePress L-6034VW single-pass industrial digital label press, to the New Zealand market.
The new printter uses Epson’s PrecisionCore linehead technology and low migration LED UV curing ink. Craig Hecekenberg, general manager, business division for Epson Australia, says, “The market has been eagerly awaiting the arrival of the L-6034VW, and for good reason as the printer now offers users a flexible, easy-to-use UV digital label press that produces better quality labels than ever before. As a result, prime label and packaging producers can fulfill demanding and varying portfolios, create new revenue opportunities and increase their productivity and profitability.”
The company has aimed the L-6034VW at label producers looking to purchase a digital label press for the first time or those wanting to expand their current production facilities with a new press.
Epson says the L-6034VW stands out in the market due to its PrecisionCore linehead which it promises to deliver low maintenance and running costs and the flexibility to print high-opacity UV white ink first or last. The company adds that this choice offers users increased image impact on clear and metallic substrates and expands the variety of labels that can be made.
