Placed at the outlet of high speed lines, this peripheral equipment packs folded and glued boxes into transit containers thanks to a simpler circulation and removal of transit containers, programmable management of the packing parameters, a broad range of box formats (straightline, 4- and 6-corner, CD envelopes, and many others), and high working speeds.
For users who need to carry out final quality control checks before delivery, a sample-taking option allows periodic removal of one box per row, or one box per container, while maintaining the correct number of boxes delivered.
The settings of the Cartonpack GT are simple and flexible. It can pack up to 6 rows and 8 layers – with filling from left to right or right to left. Compression is minimal to avoid the risk of marking. Setting parameters are memorized in the CUBE control system. The counting of boxes is highly precise. Its footprint is minimal and, mounted on wheels, it is easily adapted to all types of folder-gluer.
