Nearly 600 exhibitors have gathered to present their latest innovations and solutions at the Printing United Expo now on in Las Vegas.
New Zealand Printer Magazine is at the three day show, which opened today. Printing United covers more than 92,000 square metres of the North and Central Halls at the Las Vegas Convention Centre. Registrations indicate a busy show ahead. Ford Bowers, chief executive of the Printing United Alliance, says, “The numbers that we see have greatly exceeded our expectations, which we are thrilled to see.
“This is a positive sign that the industry is making strides to return to live events to conduct business, make sales, and continue developing technology that is worthy of being shown on a grand stage.”
All of the major manufacturers are supporting the show, looking to make up for lost time after the last few years of pandemic and economic distress.
While graphics colossus HP jumped in early with its new HP Latex 2700 wide format printer and a host of announcements, innovations and news, the other big (and smaller) players in the market have plenty to say.
Bowers adds, “Attendees have the opportunity to see product launches of the latest industry technology, experience new solutions from powerhouse manufacturers, explore potential new areas for business growth, and so much more.”
