Applications for the new ink include sportswear, fashion, home décor, and promotional graphics

Ink manufacturer Nutec Digital Ink has expanded its fluorescent ink options for its water-based dye sublimation range.

The company says it has designed this latest innovation to enhance textile and soft signage printing across more printheads, delivering vibrant, high-impact fluorescent hues with exceptional visibility and colour brilliance.

The latest addition of pink and yellow fluorescent options is in the Aquamarine AQ15-DST-HC ink range developed for Kyocera printheads. The company says this high-density, high-chroma dye sublimation range is fast drying for high speed printing and is recognised for its outstanding colour gamut and superior transfer rates. With the introduction of fluorescent colours, NUtec Digital Ink now offers an expanded palette for creating designs in sportswear, fashion, home décor, and promotional graphics.

Key features of the new AQ15-DST-HC fluorescent inks include:

• High-Intensity Fluorescence: Delivers bright, vivid colours that stand out under natural and UV light.
• Exceptional Drying Rate: Enables high-speed printing for improved productivity.
• Wide Compatibility: Optimised for use on polyester-based textiles and coated substrates.

Darren Claassens, head of sales and marketing at Nutec Digital Ink, says, “These new fluorescent inks empower printers with expanded creative possibilities, allowing them to produce eye-catching designs that captivate audiences.

“We remain committed to developing innovative ink solutions that push the boundaries of digital printing technology.”
