Leadership and sales training courses, run through PrintNZ and Proformance will start in September and October.
Sales Training Level 3
Ruth Cobb, chief executive PrintNZ, says, “Business results often rely on the performance of sales reps so once again we are working with Proformance to provide this opportunity to train reps and potential reps and give them the skills to help them sell successfully.”
This 12 month programme is delivered across three workshops in Auckland. It provides on-job assessments in between, and a peer group to assist with the learning outcomes. .
The next course starts with a workshop on October 18, with subsequent workshops on February 21 and May 23 next year).
The fee covers all three workshops, the workbooks, assessments and registration fees.

Introduction to Team Leadership
This course is ideal for those in supervisory roles or those stepping up into a team leadership role. It covers leadership styles, team objectives, team performance, communication skills and self-management.
The next course starts on September 6 in Auckland, with follow-up sessions on November 2, February 14, March 14 and April 4, 2023.
The fee covers the five sessions: three in person in Auckland and two via Zoom; workbooks; assessments; and registration fees.
