Heidelberg and MK Masterwork have released a new folder gluer, the Diana Go.
The entry level machine targets the packaging market. The companies describe it as an attractively priced, flexible, and productive machine with a small footprint at just over nine metres in length.
It can run a range of carton styles such as straight line and lock bottom as well as optionally special styles such as envelopes or CD covers, hitting a top speed of 250mpm.
It offers optionally integrated glue, inspection, and ejector systems. ensure high production quality.
Heidelberg says the Diana Go has many design features present in the high-performance folder gluers of the Diana series. The company’s portfolio now includes the Diana Go as a compact entry level solution; the Diana Easy, a general purpose machine; the Diana Smart, a 450mpm machine; and the Diana X.
The company’s say successful cooperation will result in a significant increase in production in the Nové Město plant, which has a history of manufacturing equipment for packaging postpress applications going back more than 30 years.
