By connecting upstream and downstream companies, DS Printech China provides insights into market dynamics and future trends, allowing us to refine strategies and product development.
“This year, we have engaged with new and existing customers. Many equipment manufacturers are showcasing innovative solutions, and the fringe events promote innovation, trends, brand exposure, and information exchange.”
Hongjuan Hui, area director of sales and marketing Asia for Kinzel Printing Systems, said, “We chose DS Printech China for its strong reputation and professionalism. This year, two of our high-end and widely applicable printing lines are particularly in-demand. Sustainability is a key industry trend that we work towards through R&D efforts for our equipment. The fair fosters innovation through seminars, motivating industry players by demonstrating that innovation is not only worthwhile but also achievable.”
Wang Yanwen, marketing department at Shanghai Mimaki, said, “DS Printech China has customers transitioning from traditional to digital solutions, and we are well-equipped to support them. Regarding innovation, 3D printed painting is in focus currently. Mimaki’s technology enhances efficiency by requiring fewer layers, only two, while the software autogenerates the 3D effect.”
Visitors’ experiences
Balázs Ördög, managing director of PartyBox, Romania, said, “We are exploring solutions for digital and screen printing, as well as materials for blankets and T-shirts. My primary reason to visit DS Printech China is to find new products and technologies that we can bring back to Europe, particularly Romania and Hungary. We are pleased with the quality and variety available at this edition.”
Wang Menghan, business manager at Nanjing Jiawan Technology, China, said, “This is my first time attending DS Printech China. Our company, a printing factory undergoing transformation, came to this fair because of its reputation, and we are also seeking consumables. The variety of products here is satisfactory and we have met potential suppliers.”
Speaker’s feedback
Mr John Zhong, strategic accounts director, Greater China, Kornit Digital, said, “While the sales process is already very efficient, the main bottleneck lies in the supply chain. Today, I discussed ways to enhance efficiency across the apparel supply chain. Participating in the seminar boosts our visibility, while also providing opportunities for discussions on topics that can’t be showcased onsite. Themed interactions allow participants to ask questions and exchange contacts.”
DS Printech China was co-organised by Messe Frankfurt (HK), China Screen Printing & Graphic Imaging Association (CSGIA) and Guangzhou Teyin Exhibition Service.
