The company has historically concentrated on its staple as a trade finisher in foil stamping, embossing, perfing, numbering and die-cutting, but the new manager Tony Collins says they'll be expanding into other areas, in particular the synthetic side of the industry.
Mr Collins says synthetic labels are ideal for outdoor use and have a use by date of many years.

Contact Labels is now owned by Dave Hobson who bought the company from Eric Woodcock late last year in what they both described as a very smooth transition process.

Mr Collins says the company operates in a niche market, and has one of the very few 820mm sized cylinders around which enables them to operate in both the sheet and reel to reel market.

This means they can emboss and foil a number of thicknesses for packaging, magazines, book covers, presentation folders, POS material and labels.
