RMGT exhibited recently at China Print in Beijing, showcasing several of its latest technologies at its Chinese distributor, Beijing Jia He Ding Xin Technology & Business (DINGA’s) stand.
RMGT said DINGA significantly strengthened its brand presence in the Chinese packaging market, with the success at China Print marking an important milestone for the company, adding that it is confident the tradeshow will lead to further expansion of RMGT sales in China.
Throughout the exhibition, DINGA held multiple signing ceremonies with Chinese customers, particularly for the RMGT 10 series, 970 series, and 790 series.
RMGT 1060LX
A key product on exhibit, the RMGT 1060LX-8+CC+DU+CC+LD+LED-UV, has application for full-scale packaging printing. It includes RMGT’s SimulChanger parallel automated plate changing system that also completes washups at the same time.
A new polygon-type vacuum wheel provides a superior vacuum across the entire substrate sheet, and included are improved front-lay and side-lay detectors to accommodate thicker stock up to 1.00 mm.
It delivers fast speeds of 17,100 sheets per hour, plus Smart Assist Printing to further drive productivity to even higher levels.
Cyber, which distributes RMGT’s products in New Zealand and Australia, also attended China Print 2025.
Paul Cheong, sales director for Cyber, said, “We showcased the eight-colour plus double coater RMGT 1060LX hybrid press at China Print, equipped with LED UV. RMGT has sold several 1060s at China Print. These machines are very popular. They come in a variety of configurations and can be tailored to cater to what the customers’ needs are.
“At this show, we also demonstrated how the RMGT 1060LX can be used for chemical emboss. Packaging is growing tremendously in China, and when it comes to trends in this space, customers are all looking to purchase at least a six-colour with coater, seven-colour, or eight-colour machine.
“The RMGT 1060LX also prides itself in its high productivity rates and fast makeready times.”
RMGT also showcased its RMGT 970ST-5 for the small-lot and light packaging and commercial printing sector.
RMGT 970ST-5
Designed for speed and accuracy, the RMGT 970ST-5 offset printing press provides full-colour, eight-up printing with the added-value of the LED-UV instant curing technology, in addition to speeds up to 16,200 sheets per hour.
RMGT says that the press’s unsurpassed print quality comes with lower operating costs, thanks to shorter makeready times, efficient automated plate-changing, and colours that come out exactly right from start to finish in every print run. The RMGT 970ST-5’s small footprint and energy efficiency gives it a market edge.
Paul said, “This machine is one of RMGT’s best selling models. It’s an A1 Plus model, an upgrade from the 920 model, meaning it also crossovers into the packaging segment in addition to the commercial segment. It’s a very versatile machine.
“This machine is also very popular in our other territories including Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam. We’ve also sold quite a few RMGT 970s in Australia.”

In a special feature area, DINGA introduced the EB (Electron Beam) curing system, complete with informational panels and printed reference samples which offered visitors a glimpse into the future of sustainable, high performance printing.
While the final attendance numbers have not yet been officially released, RMGT estimates that over 200,000 visitors attended during the five-day event. This exhibition welcomed more than 1,300 exhibitors from 25 countries, occupying a record-breaking 180,000 square meters, the largest exhibition area in China Print’s history.
