PrintNZ and Proformance have combined to offer the training course for the New Zealand Certificate in Sales – Level 3, for the print, packaging and signage industries.
Ruth Cobb, general manager for PrintNZ, says, “Business results often rely on the performance of sales reps so, once again, we are working with Proformance to provide an opportunity to train your reps/potential reps and give them the skills to help them successfully sell your products.
“This training course is delivered across three workshops in Auckland and provides a peer group to assist with the learning outcomes. This method of learning has shown to be far more effective than stand-alone learning.”
The next course starts with a workshop on August 9, with subsequent workshops on 18 October and 28 March next year. It takes approximately 12 months to complete this Level 3 qualification. A single investment of $1250 covers all three workshops and the workbooks, assessments and registration fees.
Learning and development organisation ProFormance specialises in tailor-made programmes for sales, leadership and customer service. Jo Hyland, director of ProFormance, will lead the programme. Hyland’s sales career spans 20 years, including 19 years training in the print and paper industry in New Zealand and Australia, where she has helped numerous sales staff and their leaders to achieve greater levels of performance.
