International manufacturer Maxteq has made AGS the installation and after sales service provider for Australia and New Zealand.

AGS says it already has a strong presence in the label and flexibles markets, and the move will allow it to expand on its variety of skills.Glenn Maynard, director of AGS says, “Our business has been built on a solid foundation of customer service and our commitment to quality is second to none. Andrew Maxwell, managing director of Maxteq says, “In the short time that Maxteq has been a supplier to the label and flexible markets we have built a portfolio of brands including BST-Eltromat for imaging systems, MPS, Miyakoshi and KYMC for offset and flexo presses, Cartes Label finishing machine, AV Flexologic mounting machines and HCI slitting machines in addition to our range of consumable products.

“When we were looking for reliable technical support for our product range, AGS stood out due to their deep industry experience and highly competent and flexible technicians. In the time that we have been using AGS, the feedback from our customers has only been positive.

“So now we have the capability to offer our customers a total solution from pre-inspection, through installation and after sales support. The process for our customer is simple. They only need to ring the Maxteq office and we will take care of everything, including booking the technician, arranging connections for dial-in service where applicable, arranging spare parts and following up to ensure that everything is to the customer’s satisfaction.”

They use their multi skilled approach to all problems and are supportive towards their team mates. We have had factory training on most of the products that we are supporting for Maxteq and are in the process of ongoing product updates. Our service agreement with Maxteq covers all states of Australia and New Zealand, with a four hour response time.”
