The free plug-ins are available now for download from the Extensis website and support Suitcase X1 Single User and Suitcase X1 Client, as well as Font Reserve 3.1.4 Single User and Font Reserve Client 1.7.4. The new plug-ins require the latest update of InDesign CS2 from Adobe (version 4.0.1).

With this update from Adobe, global font auto-activation is no longer supported by InDesign CS2, so plug-ins for third party font management products are a requirement in order to support font auto-activation.

These updates can be downloaded at: Adobe InDesign CS2 update version 4.0.1: www.adobe.com/support/downloads/product.jsp?product=31&platform=Macintosh
The plug-ins from Extensis can be downloaded at:

“InDesign has proven to be a leading layout and design solution for creative professionals,” said Martin Stein, director of product management for Extensis. “A key feature for InDesign users is the ability to ensure the same font they have designated gets activated every time they open a file. With these plug-ins, Extensis equips InDesign users with a font management solution that ensures the correct font will be automatically activated every time.”
