Enviro-Mark NZ is a web-based tool offered by Landcare Research. It can be used to help obtain legislative compliance, health, safety and environmental performance and save money through resource efficiency. The Tax and Depreciation update presentation will cover the new depreciation rules resulting from the budget released in May 2005.
Landcare research offers the Enviro-Mark NZ tool and consultancy to help organisations to understand what is involved and how they can obtain compliance, minimise their environmental impacts, reduce costs and utilise the marketing advantages of being known as an environmentally active organisation.
The Enviro-Mark seminar will be run in conjunction with a tax and depreciation update presented byPrince And Partners
This presentation will cover the new Depreciation rules resulting from the Budget released in May of this year.
There will also be an update on FBT and the potential changes in the wind.
Also included in this presentation will be a discussion on the differences between operating and finance leases and what to look out for in each as well as the tax benefits and pitfalls of both options.
