The first yield of the partnership will be integration of Ultimate’s latest version of Impostrip OnDemand Digital, which was launched at Ipex, with Enfocus’ PitStop Automate solution; taking automation one step further by moving imposition higher upstream in the workflow.

Imposition is the latest third-party component in a list of mainstream solutions including virtual and certified proofing, as well as colour optimisation and print standard certification, that will be integrated with Enfocus PitStop Automate.

PitStop Automate is a task-based production automation tool allowing design studios, ad agencies, printers and publishers to increase productivity and output consistency by introducing automation at an affordable price.

Advanced routing capabilities enable it to intelligently guide files through the entire production process, avoiding the need for human intervention.

Enfocus and Ultimate will be previewing their integrated solution for the first time at the On Demand Exposition to be held in Philadelphia next month.
