The US-based International Business Awards are the only global, all-encompassing business awards honouring performance in the workplace. Companies from all over the world competed in the third annual awards in more than 40 categories. This year’s winners were chosen from more than 700 nominations from 30 countries.

Dolores Traxler, general manager of Global Services and vice president of Kodak’s Graphic Communications Group says the achievement is a tribute to the depth of Kodak’s technical skills and its expanding global reach.’

“For us, service can encompass anything from warranty repairs to performing installation and integration, to managing a help desk function.”

He believes the award recognises Kodak’s commitment to its customers to provide almost any service, at any location, at virtually any hour.

Kodak Service and Support is made up of nearly 3,300 professionals reaching more than 120 countries.

It is a multi-vendor integrated services provider, delivering consulting, installation, maintenance and support services for the commercial printing, graphic communications, document imaging and data storage industries.

The awards began in 2002 and its global component, the International Business Awards, first appeared in 2003.
